It is hard for me to express in its entirety how much Richard has meant to the HireRight Program. Richard was brought into the team after the project had already kicked off as an Appian expert, and during his time on the project he was the KEY reason the customer was able to get some of their most desired and core functionality into the Production environment. Richard was an outstanding team leader, he was excellent at working with the customer, and he quickly became one of the most trusted and respected team members.
I am a massive fan of Richard, and know that the project would not have been anywhere near as successful as it was without his help.
Richard is someone who owns customer success, and ensures that he sets the right expectations and then delivers consistently. He leads and communicates very effectively and everyone on the client and ACN teams knew that they could trust him and rely on him.
I hope I get to work with Richard again - I will miss him on the program. He is an outstanding team member, and should be widely recognized as a technical expert and excellent consultant.
